The firm handles and currently represents clients in discrimination and retaliation cases in federal and state court arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 , the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), the Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"), and the Florida Civil Rights Act ("FCRA").

The firm represents employees and employers in connection with over-time and wage disputes arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") and Florida law.

The firm represents securities industry employees and employers in arbitration and state and federal courts concerning wage, bonus, commission, and stock option claims, as well as claims relating to employee forgivable loans, Form U-4 and Form U-5 disclosures, and related claims for defamation, discrimination, harassment, tortious interference with contractual and business relationships, breach of contract, wrongful termination and all claims relating to the employment relationship.
